โFrequently Asked Questions
In this section, we will provide answers to common questions and and provide information about common problems and solutions.
When designing our bot, we load the visual content from the main website while the primary content is sourced directly.
Question: Could the problem be with hosting?
Answer: No, we are using DdosGuard hosting. We have two Intel Xeon Silver 4210 2.2GHz (20 cores), 256GB RAM, four 1024GB SSDs, and a 1Gbps connection speed. Additionally, we have 10 dedicated IP addresses for better load balancing.
Question: What could cause lags in the template structure?
Answer: We have over 400 designs, mostly copies of other websites. The way these copies are handled can cause lags.
Question: I bought a domain and installed a design, but the modal window doesn't work. What should I do?
Answer: _The modal window should appear once the cache is updated, which usually takes about 30 minutes. If the issue persists, please contact support
Question: Cache and possible lags due to it. Answer:
For an accurate assessment of your site's performance, use an anti-detect browser or a device with a modified IP address to run a test. Ideally, reinstall the template on your domain using a bot, then test from a different device and IP address. Note that most IPs have request limits. Frequent access may cause delays if the original site restricts your IP.
Question: How can I determine the cause of latency on my website? Answer:
Website latency can stem from content on the original site or local cache limitations. Anti-DDoS services like Cloudflare may also block content if your IP is deemed undesirable, often affecting content from shared IP addresses, VPNs, or dedicated servers. Requests to the original site might be blocked, leading to loading issues.
Additionally, content could be removed from the original site, causing our template to attempt loading non-existent addresses. To optimize, we download content directly from the main site, which reduces load times and improves user experience.
Question: Why aren't images loading on the site? Why do I need to load content? Answer:
Fully downloading a site's content, including styles, images, and videos, can significantly increase initial load time, depending on design and internet speed. For instance, the Opensea homepage exceeds 500MB due to many images and videos.
- FAQ for Managing Your Team and Website
Question: Can I host my site myself? Answer: Yes, you can host our drainer on your hosting if you have "Top" drainer status. Instructions are available from Support_BotFather on the telegram channel.
Question: How can I do business with my team and your affiliate program? Answer: Our project is automated. You can assign each employee their own domains/subdomains and create a separate Telegram channel for feedback. This setup is done via the personal bot. For more details, contact support.
Question: How do I set up my design? Answer: Contact our support team with your design requirements. Provide the exact template name and domain you're working on.
Question: Why does Java and long loading drainer affect my site? Answer: The drainer template includes Java code for interacting with Metamask and other libraries. If Java isn't supported, the site won't function. Drainer speed depends on the user's internet connection, not the design or hosting.
Question: How do I fix a problem in the template quickly? Answer: If you encounter a problem, rule out cache or IP restriction issues first. Then, contact our support team.
